Property blueprints for the financier's secluded Caribbean island featured within the released materials.
Additionally featured in this recent photograph release seems to be a property layout for Great St James island, located in the US Virgin Islands.
The financier purchased a more modest island - Little St James - originally in 1998, but later purchased the larger Great St James in the year 2016 for around $22.5 million.
This visual evidence suggest he had formulated ambitious plans to build upon the 161-acre island by erecting residences, an amphitheatre, an underwater office and a pool.
Marked on the drawing is a channel, a marine passage in the region, marked on the south-eastern section.
This development map is annotated in handwritten red notes and features a notes section identifying different areas of the estate.
Alongside the main plan are what look to be several other property layouts and engineering blueprints, such as plans for marina coverings.
More documentation disclosed as part of the ongoing investigative release.
