The unusual Thanksgiving event operates from November 25 through December 22, providing free additional story content for Shadows players.

Mysterious Mission Disclosed

According to the formal statement, "An unusual encounter pulls characters Naoe and Yasuke into a fresh adventure, where rumors of banned rituals and fearsome metamorphoses echo through the shadows." The narrative features a "unusually garbed woman named Ada" who charges the duo with traveling into the Crystalline Cavern—a important location from Attack on Titan—to rescue her friend from a secret group.

The mission centers on "strange experiments and a monstrous adversary" and is open to all players who have acquired the Yasuke character.

Iconic Places and Changes

The preview highlights the Underground Chapel from Attack on Titan recreated as the Crystal Cave. This important location was formerly where the Reiss royal family transmitted the Founding Titan ability through eras. The trailer concludes with a dramatic sequence showing a character, likely the captive, transforming into a Titan that rises over Naoe and Yasuke.

Players who accomplish the adventure will obtain an unique katana in addition to multiple artifacts concealed throughout the area in hidden chests. The update also contains purchasable Attack on Titan item packs, offering:
